To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly advise all customers to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If the size does not match your order or the item is faulty/damaged:
• Please inform the delivery person immediately
• Do not accept the package or request an immediate return through the delivery service
• Contact our customer support within 24 hours with photos and order details
2. Size Exchange
Ordered the wrong size? No worries!
• You can request a size exchange within 2 days
• Shipping charges for returning the product and sending the new size may apply
3. Faulty or Wrong Product
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund based on the issue.
